Why the 30 second limit?

Got all excited until I hit a 30 second limit while recording. I am not going to wake up to a 30s slogan, I want to record from ACIM or the poem I was reading last night. 30s limit is arbitrary and short. Then I got further into the app and couldnt set times, the app just crashed. You guys have some bugs to work out, this app is not launch ready yet
